Is there cold weather where you live? If so you will need to add a Shipping Heat Pack to your order. This will ensure the temperature inside your shipping box remains warm enough for the plant to survive. 

Please purchase a heat pack dependent on your local weather! If your local weather is forecast to be below 50 degrees we recommend purchasing at least one heat pack.

Each heat pack can raise the inside of the package 10 degrees; please purchase an appropriate number of heat packs to protect your purchase.
