Refund policy

We guarantee the survival of all live plants during normal shipping conditions. During cold times of the year the customer is responsible for adding a heat pack to their cart if their local temps drop below 50 degrees. If the customer does not add the heat pack to their cart, we cannot guarantee the survival of the plant. If an order arrives damaged you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a credit. Shipping Fees and Heat-Packs are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return/refund, you must provide a photo of the damaged plant in the condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at theplantroomsgf@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If a plant is severely damaged during shipping and is determined to qualify for a return or refund we are happy to exchange the plant with a comparable option that we have in stock. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued via store credit only. Shipping fees are non refundable and will not be reflected on any returns or refunds. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the store credit.
