It's Mycelium!

Your kit includes an amended sawdust block fully colonized with mushroom mycelium. It may appear covered with a soft, white substance - that's the mushroom mycelium! It is completely normal and means your kit is packed with fungi ready to fruit. The mycelium of some species is more prominent than others.

If you have registered for one of our workshops or classes, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason.

In the event that The Plant Room must cancel a workshop or class, we will make every effort to reschedule the event at a later date and offer full refunds to all registered attendees if we are unable to do so.
